NWREL's Northwest Eisenhower Regional Consortium for Mathematics and Science has launched its new Web site with information for educators in Alaska, Idaho, Montana, Oregon, and Washington. A "Good Ideas" section presentsstrategies, tools, and resources on timely topics, as well as state news about events, funding opportunities, and standards.

Northwest Report
The March-April issue of the Lab's newsletter features two new publications on writing instruction for Spanish-speaking students. Other new publications address connecting school-learning with work, school public relations, early childhood continuity, and a depiction study of Northwest education.
